All it takes is a beautiful smile to hide an injured soul

I can’t believe it has already been a year since this amazing entertainer took his own life.

Tomorrow I’ll be writing a post about the first type of treatment that helped me specifically with my anxiety and depression a few years ago. Luckily, I’m now in a position where the treatments I’ve tried have finally been successful, and for the most part, I don’t have to pretend that my smile is real – I smile because I am genuinely happy.

I just finished three loads of laundry, a bunch of job applications, finally unpacking and organizing from our trip to Cape Cod, brushed the pup, did the dishes, and I’m now relaxing in front of the boob tube before bed. Of course my energy hits after 7PM when all I want to do is rest, yet for the rest of the day before that I could barely peel myself off of the couch!

Indian food (not Myers Way friendly) and herbal tea with Tash today 🙂
Check out my more in depth post tomorrow!
